Adventures in Life

This is our new "Give Thanks Journal". I found this idea at Toadly Crafty. Basically, it is a composition notebook covered in scrapbook paper. I used Mod Podge to adhere the paper to the notebook. Then I cut out some letters and attached them to the scrapbook paper using my Xyron. I used a glue to stick to attach the turkey and I used the Xyron again for the ribbon. Now we have a book to record what we are thankful for year after year on thanksgiving. I also like the idea of asking those celebrating with us to record what they are thankful for too.
